Dreaming of coffee

So it is only Day 2 & I am already dreaming of coffee.....or it is because I am insanely tired throughout the day. Is this a symptom of early pregnancy? And our baby is the size of a poppyseed & it has this effect on me already. I just wish it would be week 10 already so I could tell family & friends.
